Welcome to Dubuque Family Practice.  

This week at DFP: February 6 - 12, 2012. 

• We are open our usual hours this week.
• We have started the process to move to electronic health records. This will include a patient portal which will allow our patients access to their medical records and our office, helping us to continue to provide quality comprehensive care. 
• Since Dubuque Schools have released next year's schedule, it reminded us that it is never too late to plan your children's sports physicals.  It is much easier to get this done in June as opposed to August!
